The Site Management (SMC), in collaboration with partners, has established six flow monitoring points in Deir Al Balah, Gaza City, and North Gaza to track population movements from south to north. These points operate daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Gaza Time) across two shifts: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. SMC will provide daily updates, with a cutoff time of 12:00 PM (Gaza Time). Reports will include data from the second shift of the previous day and the first shift of the current day.
