The humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate as displacement rose since the events of March 18, 2025. The end of the ceasefire combined with issued evacuation orders have forced residents to flee their homes, seeking refuge in makeshift shelters and overcrowded displacement camps. 

This update outlines the scale, patterns, and impact of displacement in Gaza, offering insights into the ongoing humanitarian situation. 

Data was collected from eyewitness accounts, social media posts, and available datasets from Site Management Cluster (SMC) partners on the ground. The information was cross-referenced and analyzed to establish displacement patterns and the impact on local infrastructure.

Between 30 March and 2 April 2025, an estimated 95,960 individuals were displaced, based on reported movements and evacuation orders issued during the period.
