Somalia: CFM Monthly Report - July 2023

The standardized complaints feedback mechanism (CFM) established with the objective of uniformly capturing keycomplaint data which can be analyzed by humanitarian partners. In July 2023 2,955 tickets were received. Food Security received the largest amount of feedback & requests (1,652 tickets) with SNFI (626 tickets) and WASH (488 tickets) receiving the second and third largest amounts.
