Guidance Note on Working with National Authorities

The Guidance Note and its associated training package for National Authorities have been developed by the International Organization for Migration in cooperation with the Global Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) Cluster. The creation of these documents has been made possible through a contribution from DG ECHO.  This Guidance Note aims to help CCCM project staff to develop programmes for building the capacity of National Authorities  and their partners to coordinate and manage camps and collective centres  for internally displaced persons  where that displacement is due to natural disasters.

This Guidance Note is in the final stages of publication. The full text will be available from the end of April 2014.
