We are excited to start the new year with a Community Coffee & Chat session on a much anticipated topic: Failure.
Tom Badham-Thornhill from IOM is invited to take us through a “premortem exercise” where potential failures to an imagined CE activity can be identified and discussed in advance of it happening. The key point of the exercise is guiding humanitarian staff to discuss failure without placing blame but rather focus on how to facilitate better CE activities.
