This are the meeting minutes from the latest concluded meeting by sector members, where we had 19 partners in attendance including 1 Donor, Government (NEMA&SEMA), 2 UN agencies, 5 INGO, and 8 NNGO. The meeting was both in person as well as virtual for those in other states outside Maiduguri the operating hub.
A summary of key achievements for 2022 were highlighted by partners (NRC, GREENCODE, MERCY CORPS, IOM & UNHCR) as a continuation of highlights from all partners. The sector briefed the partners and government of the current process of the 2023 HNO/HRP process. The meeting date was proposed to the the 1st Thursday of every month although more consultations will be done to find a more suitable time for everyone.
Under AOB, Partners were requested to provide inputs on the 2023 CCPM survey by the sector, one of the sector partners IOM, briefed by house of a shelter competion thats intended to find out local solutions to shelter designs and partners were requested to support the initiative.
