17-28 March 2025, Geneva
At HNPW 2025, the Global CCCM Cluster led key discussion sessions and showcased our work at the HNPW exhibition. Four sessions explored the new CCCM Strategy 2025-2029, area-based site management, community-driven solutions, and the challenges of meaningful participation in displacement response. Also, our presence at the exhibition was a space for engagement and highlighted CCCM’s global impact.
During the two weeks, the Global Cluster delivered the following sessions
🔹 Redefining Displacement: A Strategy for Lasting Solutions – Exploring the 2025-2029 Global CCCM Strategy and its role in shaping humanitarian response and long-term solutions.
🔹Area-Based Approaches in Practice – Presenting a new framework that expands site management beyond individual camps for more effective coordination.
🔹Reimagining Displacement: Alternatives That Empower – Showcasing innovative, community-driven strategies that promote inclusion and self-reliance.
🔹How Much Participation is Enough? – led by the Community Engagement Forum (CEF) - A thought-provoking debate on achieving meaningful participation in displacement response.
Our exhibition space provided a dynamic platform to engage with partners, share resources, and highlight CCCM’s impact worldwide.
