The Community Engagement Forum (CEF) invites participants a virtual panel discussion as part of the Humanitarian Networks and Partnerships Weeks (HNPW) 2025 to explore a critical question: How Much Participation Is Enough?
Even if we agree that participation is key to achieving accountable displacement responses, we are constantly failing in ensuring it. In this session, experts will discuss whether we should accept the limitations of the current humanitarian system and aim for achievable minimum levels, or whether there are ways to realistically and practically aim for meaningful participation.
What Is HNPW 2025?

It will take place from 17 to 28 March 2025, bringing together experts to collaborate, share knowledge, and develop solutions for global humanitarian challenges.
