10/02: On 7 February Al-Jafra Hospital and Al Saudi field Hospital in Majzer district, Marib were hit during clashes between Houthis and forces loyal to the Government of Yemen. The hospitals serve a population of about 15,000. Many of them are displaced. The facilities were damaged, including the intensive care unit, occupational therapy unit, inpatients unit, the pharmacy and a mobile clinic, which was severely damaged.

Fighting which escalated in mid January in Nihm, Marib, and Al Jawf displaced more than 26,800 people, including 1,250 families who fled from Al-khaniq displacement camp due to shellfire which hit the camp on 26 January with no civilian casualties reported.?

Continuous fighting risks causing  further destruction to health facilities, new displacement and civilian casualties.
